Title: Sales Coordinator
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Classification: Full Time Exempt Position with Full Benefit Package including 401k

Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the sales functions of SWC by handling new contract processing, sub-contractor agreements, work authorizations, permitting, submittals, new project setup and assisting sales in other areas as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviews incoming project documents, paying close attention to detail and thoroughly reviewing the file for appropriate documentation and adherence to company standards prior to processing.
2. Processes new project documentation and ensures the project is setup accurately in the appropriate software platforms for execution and billing.
3. Ensures sub-contractor agreements are up to date and current, assists in the onboarding of new sub-contractors and execution of work authorization forms.
4. Ensures projects are permitted properly.
5. Assists with project specific documentation such prequalification documentation and submittals.
6. Assists sales team members in preliminary project budgeting, following up on quote requests, and vendor/manufacturer coordination.
7. Supports sales team and sales leadership in utilization of CRM.
8. Provides regular reporting from internal systems to sales leadership team.
9. Promotes and adheres to the companys core values and mission.
10. Proactively looks for ways to improve processes and handle tasks more efficiently.

Requirements:
1. Associates degree in business, marketing, construction management, or at least 2 years of executive support experience required.
2. Must have clear and effective oral and written communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks amidst regular interruptions.
4. Strong computer skills; proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with CRM usage and reporting is a plus.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to effectively use a computer for extended periods of time
Must be able to communicate effectively by email or on the phone

Work Conditions: This job is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office.
